Fernand is a graduate of Cordon Bleu, the leading culinary school in Paris. He served as a chef at the "Troia" events hall for many years. He specializes in developing culinary content for cooking programs on television, has extensive experience in producing complex events abroad (kosher), and currently advises and operates restaurants with a focus on profitability. Today, he serves as the executive chef for the global company Intel in Israel.
